How relaxing can create a powerful schedule

We made it to the weekend. Awesome. Use this time to resharpen the edges of your motivation. Find some time-scratch that-MAKE some time in your weekend to reflect and observe what went right, and what could use some improvements this last week. Do this, for 30 minutes, go to a quiet spot that is away from your normal routine spots, and bring just a pad and pen. Your hammock, a nice hotel lobby, the waterfront, anywhere that is inspiring. An ipod or cd player with your favorite motivational or relaxing music helps also. For five or ten minutes, just relax. Breathe deep and take in your surroundings. Now, write your dreams, goals, thoughts, and what you can do to achieve them on paper. Once you transfer this to your planner, you now have fuel for next week! Now, go enjoy your weekend! Be Bold!
